The world's only ski-in-gastro-distillery serving Western comfort food, and probably with good reason. The sip-stumble-ski combo could prove dangerous on the slopes, but perhaps the whiskey bar, whiskey cider braised short rib, and grilled Krispy Kreme donuts with whiskey vanilla ice cream are worth it. Die happy, right? The burger combines beer, bison, and beef, while the duck is infused with whiskey cherry sauce, and the bison ribeye with whiskey porcini sauce. Even the "Lil' Buckaroos" menu includes grenadine and Sprite mocktails. Ah, alcoholics in the making. Gotta love the West.
