Berlin » Hotel » Mitte » Mid-range
Gotta hand it to the Hiltons for scoring pretty much the best property in town, even if grim interior leaves much to be desired. Situated across from Gendarmenmarkt, Berlin's gorgeous square of dueling cathedrals, at least the hotel's handsome façade reflects neighboring grandeur. Indoor pool and other luxe amenities almost make up for sad aesthetics, but thankfully even offensive lobby art can't distract from magnificent adjacent monuments.
