There's only one hoagie on the board that doesn't come in the 7" option: the 12" Tony Danza. The corned beef and pastrami at its core are imported from Philly and Italy. That's how the brothers of this two-store local chain do it. They order their Italian meats fresh from the domestic and international motherlands. Downtown suits line up in front of the south stand. Students type away atop aluminum tables up north.
