Diver's bullseye, photographer's love-affair, and quasi-classic for low-key god times at moderate rates. Bayside highs include sailing, snorkleing, and access to Mayan ruins. Hotel, suites, condo, and even massive private villas. Bird-watching and fish-gazing, the beauty doesn't stop past the white sands. Private beachside dinners seal the deal, the beds are a little too hard to sleep anyway. Sandside weddings almost make us want to tie a certain knot.
