Hotel Blue Riva

Don’t judge a book by its cover. The entrance may resurface hostel nightmares from study abroad, but Hôtel Blue Riva is legit. Close enough to the Palais des Festivales to spy on the parade of celebrities. At €50-120 for one to four person rooms, respectively, it’s a steal. The occupants are pleasurable and the buffet breakfast suffices to jumpstart your day on la Croisette. Rooms are a tad out-moded but who gives a damn at these prices?
