Hotel Healdsburg

Editorial Review

Offering the chic modern sheen of urban boutiques, but nested centrally in the Spanish square-style Healdsburg Plaza, walking distance to the town's charming restaurants and shops. Clean and simple rooms (with a bed that feels like plunking down in a pile of goose down) swaddle guests in spa-like luxury (also, so does the on-premise spa). There is often the buzz of activity about the 55 room hotel, heightened by events such as complimentary wine tastings in the lobby. Charlie Palmer owns the hotel, and it's in-house restaurant Dry Creek Kitchen is also a must-stop.
