Hotel Mela

Editorial Review

Lists its cross street as “Broadway Avenue,” so you know they’re not exactly local. Italian import with Miami management newly gracing Times Square. Homier than its luxe boutique brethren, with marble-floored lobby, earth tones and lime-green accents in the rooms. All the modern toys, flatscreens, iPod docking stations, etc. NYC tieback in name, which is Italian for apple. Your room might not scream “Mela Grande,” but that's fine by us.
