Boutique hotel takes arty schtick to the edge. Like a Eurotrash craft show for the knowledge class: colored glass god's eyes, new-age fireplace, and the freakin' bellboys were trained by the Washington ballet. Guests all have an accent, be it British or Castilian. Like it's location, bedroom personality is somewhere between Georgetown and Dupont Circle. Amusing amenities like in-room pialtes and classic DVDs. Free WiFi, free wine at five, free coffee wake-up calls—they’re begging you to stay here.
