You’re not a local until you’ve been Nankinged. Looks like just another Chinese restaurant but it ain’t. For as long as we can remember Chef & Owner Peter Fang has been railroading his customers into ordering what he wants them to eat, usually the green-onion-and-shrimp pancakes with peanut sauce and place of pot stickers. “But, I didn’t order this.” Crowded, cramped, noisy, and for this you waiting 20 minutes in line. It’s a mystery.
