Hoyt's Chicago

Editorial Review

It's not that Chicago needs another "modern American tavern in a hotel," but what we're always up for is a chef that aims to keep his big city menu simple and comfortable. Butternut squash soup, homemade pretzels, BBQ and mac and cheese -- all made with fresh, local ingredients. Toss in a riverside patio, some fancy cocktails and you've got yourself a reason to book a room just to try the breakfast menu.
