Bumping scene redolent of Miami, with a soupçon of San Juan, tucked beneath the Henry Hudson on a grubby and inexplicably developed stretch of Twelfth Avenue. Latin-inspired fare can veer towards the trite or off-point—coconut-crusted shrimp, Kobe beef sliders—but most all is forgiven when the mojitos descend and live salsa rises to fill the outdoor bar and two huge double-decker terraces. Schmooze factor is high at this club in restaurant's clothing, extending to the valet parking line out front. Yup, you heard it right, Harlem: valet.
