One of the old German bars on Lincoln, Huettenbar serves a decent variety of Bavarian beers, and the liquored-up thirtysomething crowd practically falls off their stools in appreciation. You won't find crowds of Krauts, steins, food or a lederhosen-clad band, but that doesn't bother anyone amidst the darkness and smoke. It's not the most authentic German place in the world, but don't tell that to the patrons, most of whom swear by this place.
