Best seating is along the rail as close to the water as possible, where trade winds are cool and views of torchlit beach are postcard-perfect. Menu features robust dishes like lemon ginger roasted chicken, baby back ribs with mango barbecue sauce and a show stopper: pineapple crème brulee.
