From the owners of Five Points and Cookshop, this one made it to a Gossip Girl episode and aims to attract a Chuck Bass-like crowd. Trendy in the farmyard, seasonal sort of way, with handwritten menu that's somewhat hard to decode. Furnished with plain wooden chairs, warped support beams, agrarian photographs. Kitchen knows how to work the deep fryer -- chicken, green tomatoes, buttermilk-battered rabbit all expertly crispy. Can be almost Amish in its simplicity, especially desserts like peach cobbler and fresh-baked pies.
