Rita Sodi trades in Calvin Klein exec duds for white tablecloths and tinted glass paneling, replacing hungry Italian models with full Italian menu. In homage to fashion shelf life, revamps entire menu weekly. Salads, pastas, secondis, with seasonal ingredients guest starring every Monday. Salame dolce (graham cracker-infused Italian brownie) for couture dessert. Insalata Dei Sodi with egg, tuna, and chickpeas a tasty starter choice, though not as impressive as how many ways Sodi works her name into her new gig.
