Just in case the devil didn't have enough playthings upstairs at Billy Hurricane's. Basement spot keeps it simple: Bourbon. Beer. Rock. Latter represented in entryway with music flyer collage. (Fu Manchu gets its own frame, as it should.) Bourbon list built around rare pours, with some 70 available. Well-curated beer selection puts the focus on American craft. Cocktails lean on the classics, none of that froufrou new school crap. Good spot for a post-show recap/nightcap.
