A heavy-hitter in the Slow Food movement; it's time to dine peacefully and well. Take your time with the menu: vegetable and herb crostini, a mean carbonara, Tortino di carciofi, or succulent Argentine Rib-eye. The menu changes every three months or so, to the liking of the chef and availability of fresh ingredients. Some of the yummy options are constant: Thursdays, gnocchi; Saturdays, trippa (tripe), Sundays, pasticci e arrosti, Mondays, boiled options; and Tuesdays/Fridays are all about fish.
