The first thing you should know about Il Migliore is that it serves up a simple affair: you won't find any Italian/Martian fusion dishes on the menu, but you will discover straightforward, excellent Tuscan trattoria plates. The chicken is roasted in a brick oven, and the pasta is made on site and dressed with only a few ingredients: wild mushrooms and truffle oil, or the fantastic red sauce. You don't need much more.
