The 19th Stephen Starr venture refreshes the former Noble American Cookery space, joining the highly-trafficked restaurant square of Rittenhouse–a spot still fully equipped with a functioning rooftop garden. The bi-level upscale Italian resto hosts casual downstairs' seating that boasts a ten-seat, 400-year-old African wood dining bar, plus a ten-seat blunt-cut communal table. But, the prime seats are upstairs, where beautifully-lit, white tablecloth-lined dining is finally perfected–even more so when you start sipping from the 200-deep, 100-percent Italian wine list. Seasonal rooftop dining available, as well as a six-course chef’s pasta tasting.
