Editorial Review

Gary Rhodes names this his favourite restaurant. His opinion isn’t simple ass-kissing to consulting chef Michelin-starred Vineet Bhatia, the venue is also a fave with tennis champ Roger Federer. Fine dining Indian cuisine. No bowls, no sharing – it’s far too sophisticated. Forget kormas and baltis only the most authentic cuisine makes it to the table. The apothecary kitchen specialises in the finest of herbs and spices. Modern Indian interiors. Brass sculptures. Private alcoves. Indian shoes encased in a picture frames. Sporadic bowls with floating candles add a flicker of romance to a venue abounding with tingling aromas.
