InterContinental

Editorial Review

It used to be The Regent, and had a little more warmth to it. Now it’s an excessively cool and detached place. But, next to the Peninsula, it’s still got the best view and the best restaurants in town. Walk out of the lobby and you’re on the waterfront promenade. Can’t beat that.
