Editorial Review

Restaurateurs Michael Poole and Van Chau recreate another Fairmount restaurant (the first being Trio), transforming the former Coffee Room Cafe into a 30-seat Mexicali BYOBistro. Found nestled on the ground floor of the 2601 Parkway condo complex, tackle south-of-the-border eats in the petite cherrywood table-lined space–one that beautifully celebrates natural light. Glazed kitchen bar seats six, while Parkway sidewalks allow for ample outdoor seating. Be sure to come slinging tequila, as the operating gents' house a fine lineup of mixers.
