This boutique lounge fits neatly inside its boutique hotel, and you actually feel as though you've been transported to a more glamorous locale like Los Angeles or Miami. But this is Chicago all right, and even though the bartenders are stunningly hot, most of the patrons look more suburban than urban. Regardless, J Bar is best done with a date, as its earth-toned, modern lounge setting is ideal for taking in some signature cocktails.
