Jean Phillipe Patisserie

Editorial Review

Lavish and luscious, the over-the-top confections of pastry whiz Jean-Philippe Maury have become a Vegas institution via his jewel-box shop at the Bellagio. His cafe at Aria is a whimsically desgined space with plenty of carnival glass and curvy cabinetry. While there is a selection of crepes and paninis, the real attention is on the over-the-top coffee, gelato, and pastry bars.
