Lavish and luscious, the over-the-top confections of pastry whiz Jean-Philippe Maury have become a Vegas institution via his jewel-box shop at the Bellagio. His cafe at Aria is a whimsically desgined space with plenty of carnival glass and curvy cabinetry.
