Food that challenges your taste buds -- in a good way. Charming 27-seater decorated with antique knickknacks and family treasures. Executive chef and owner Joe Dobias refers to his seasonal and eclectic plates as "Aggressive American." Pork jowl benedict and Phish-themed grilled cheese. Bacon and peanut butter cookies, anyone? Savory cocktails make good use of smoked salts and spices. Impressive selection of prepared beers -- kicked up a notch with seasoning and a few drips of the hard stuff -- are surprisingly delicious.
