Greek-Italian (and incredibly handsome) John Varvatos has filled 1,800-square-foot summer space with vinyl records, vintage photos, dusty books and midcentury modern lighting and furniture, all for sale. No reason for the beach house not to look as elegantly disheveled as you do.
