Balancing a titanic French and Thai menu, Joseph sets an calm, festive climate for a Parisian-dominated set. Restrained, milky, leather paneled booths by day get swanky with electric neon roses and indigos. Piazza seating, located in the chic Place de Ville, is magical. The food is too good to be timid- Even the proper stylist next to you is wolfing her Daurade Royale.
