Jouni appears to be another Art Deco fashioned, designer bistro of mythical proportions. Stud Chef Jouni Tourman convinced us he isn’t in Nice to dawdle. We licked every plate that graced our table. Tourman uses an arsenal of Swedish tricks to rework the banal “catch of the day” like lobster and turbot -- simple genius. After wolfing down Pomme Sorbet, mingle with trust fund babies and sexpots on the maze of decks along the cliffs.
