Joy Bistro (B Side)

Ok, Braised Beef Cheeks sounds weird, and if you picture it, the though could also be weird. But when you taste this amazing dish, you will want more. We all ordered different dishes and everyone sampled from each other's plate. All meals were increadibly tasty, but the surprizing delight was the Braised Beef Cheeks. The meat was so tender and succulent. Each bite brought a smile as I closed my eyes to enjoy the flavour. Needless to say, I sampled that plate a couple times!! I had Seared Scallops that were so good I didn't want to share, my friend had the Chicken Supreme that was the most juicy and tender chicken I have had in a restaurant and my other friend had the pasta special that was a delight to the senses also. The goodness wasn't over yet. As we almost licked our plates clean, desert was next. O M G!!! Needless to say, a 1.5 hour meal lingered into over 2 hours easily as we slowly savored our sweet sensations with coffee and wine. I can't wait to go back and try something new!
