Judas Goat Taberna

business thumbnail

Editorial Review

Spanish-style taberna named for that irksomely cooperative goat always counted on to lead his furry friends into the abbatoir. Although it's a grisly provenance, there's nothing but elegance behind this execution, from custom tiles and tin ceiling to pigskin upholstered seating and luscious marble bar top. It'll be a tight fit with just over 20 seats, no actual kitchen and no reservations, but the $2 to $3 tapas menu items and simple wine, beer and sherry list sound awfully accommodating.
