A welcome reincarnation near Grands Boulevards, the Jules (formerly a boring chain hotel) is a new retro boutique with affordable rates. Basic rooms start around €160 and are dipped in shades of chocolate and cream. A handful of splashy junior suites draw high-end clients like Kate Perry. Starting at €350, these 70s era love dens are tricked out with zebra skin rugs, velvet retro curtains, and private elevator access. On-site fitness center, breakfast buffet, bar and conference room. Good subway access, with several Métro lines close at hand.
