Washington's very own Bellagio-style experience takes place at the Fairmont's choicest bijou restaurant. Fresh flowers in pots. Dusty, neutral tones indoors or primavera outdoor dining. Slightly unoriginal menu feeds unoriginal palates. Like Paris Hilton, what she lacks in personality she makes up for in over-the-top gourmet decadence. Champagne and truffle oil flow freely; fat yummy crab cakes. Seasonal ingredients such as celeriac all sourced from within a two-hour's drive. Famous titanic brunch for special occasions.
