This split-level, all-purpose sexy museum wants to set the tone for the new Snowmass Base Village. Opened in December 2008, Junk’s menu promises to redefine fast food with tuna burgers and tofu rolls. Owner Scott DeGraff is behind the Playboy and Rain clubs in Las Vegas, as well as classy steakhouses in Dallas and Chicago under the N9NE name. Upstairs at Liquid Sky, the dance floor promises to pair South African snowboard instructors with divorcees from below the Mason Dixon Line.
