Simple plates are really just padding for the new & old world wines - ask the man with the red afro (Tim Johnston) what to drink. Affordable menus let you order that second bottle. Ignore the guidebooks on the tables, drink way too much, and make out afterward in the nearby garden of the Palais Royal. Closed Monday lunch and all day Sunday.
