Editorial Review

Strip mall shabu shabu hall. Boiled meats are of exceptional quality, though at this cost maybe Wagyu shouldn't be boiled but bronzed. Bar separated by bamboo screens, and bamboo and kanji covered doorway could fit into Kyoto like a shadow-clad ninja. Sound system pushes 10,000 BTU's of cool kid jazz for Am-Asian couples and slobby foodies with change. Rice soup a delicious surprise with shabu shabu, egg and lobster. Got to have Ka-ga-ya now.
