Hisayuki "Hissa" Takeuchi already had a deep resume when he and his wife opened this small, inventive table. Joint takes its name from the traditional tea ceremony’s light meal, a byword for progressive Japanese. The menu is full of unusual combinations and betrays a soft spot for raw scallops with citrus and passion fruit. Excellent omakase and bento, and tuna sashimi seared on one side. Menus at €35, 50, 75, 100+. Sushi class every Saturday afternoon. Closed Sunday and Monday.
