Kaka'ako Kitchen

Editorial Review

Set in the middle of an upscale shopping center, the informal Kaka’ako Kitchen would seem like a fish out of water if the food wasn’t so divine. Unfussy menu seems unimpressive until you bite in: The gourmet plates are the work of premier Hawaiian chef Russell Siu, who’s left his signature tropical mark on every dish. Meals are made to order with fresh island produce you won’t find in the other forty-nine.
