Home cooking just like Svetlana used to make, to tune of a gently strumming guitar or squeezebox. Perfectly flaky piroshki, blini with salmon roe and sour cream, beet borscht with rye bread, potato dumplings, and plenty o' strong Russian lager. Everything made by hand in the kitchen. Large parties of Russian immigrants waxing nostalgic about the homeland. Service more miss than hit if Katia's not working the room.
