Editorial Review

Good, fresh fish in wacky Western styles beside beautiful traditional cuts. Menu by Master Uechi. Stylish plates, house cocktails, and clean-lined Starck room of neon white. It's Glendale, but it looks just like the others. 'Cept the upstairs bar is a little different, a little darker. Wash down baked miso marinated black cod in Hoba leaf with a Burning Mandarin or any other outlandish drink. Being drunk in a mall has never been so classy.
