Kerbey Lane

Editorial Review

This 24-hour local chain is the Pepsi to Magnolia Cafe’s Coke. Most locals hit one or the other for breakfast every weekend. But chances are they couldn’t tell the difference in a blind taste test. The pancakes are equally as fluffy. The Americanized takes on Mexican food are roughly as varied. Where Kerbey Lane sweetens the deal is with its bakery. We’re talking whole cakes, fudge-nut brownies, and sticky muffins.
