Chef William Ledeuil is back this Bis - a sister restaurant just a few steps down from Ze Kitchen Galerie. The autumn opening of KGB was met with many a spy-themed headline and almost uniform praise. Ledeuil was even named Chef of the Year by the respected Gault Millau. But we found it a little "meh." The East-West flavor pairings here are less careful than at the mothership, and the trimmed portion sizes have not been accompanied by lower prices.
