Kimber Modern

Editorial Review

This boutique hotel is so minimalist that you'll hardly know it's there. There is no signage or valet. The focus is on architecture and design: The way the building is seamlessly integrated into the slope on which it's located. The Philippe Starck bathroom sinks and Arne Jacobsen egg chairs. You're only 50 yards from South Congress civilization, but that's of little interest when you're transfixed by the firebox and water feature in the courtyard.
