Months following Kokopelli's premiere, Chef Gina Rodriquez had Rittenhouse on lock-down, churning out the finest, lip-smacking Southwestern small plates in a 100-block radius. The 50-plus library of tequilas wasn't too shabby, either. But, the under-appreciated upstairs needed a rebirth and now—with its own name and identity—scandalously-clad females can climb the steps to swarms of hungry males, ever-changing mood lighting, wraparound sleek sofas, and nightly Top 40 DJs.
