Gorgeous room, rustic and elegant, with burning hearths and big floral arrangements. Friendly, slightly leering waiters add authentic Mediterranean flavor. This is no Zorba type of place. Traditional Aegean dishes as pretty to look at as eat. Get the crisp fried smelt, grilled octopus, whole petrale sole, creamy salt cod brandade, and anything cooked on the rotisserie. Discreet and moneyed clientele, subtle upper-crust pickup scene at the bar.
