Sat in the centre of Taikang Lu’s artsy design stores and fashion boutiques, this unpretentious café is a popular hangout for media and arts students and local fashionistas. The food is solid cafe fare, serving salads, fried-food and coffee. On weekends, it becomes ‘brunch central’ as Shanghai’s coolest lunchers descend for an afternoon-long barbeque in the open-air courtyard.
