Means "roof of the world" in Russian. The hottest club in town for the last couple of summers in a row. Everyone wants to get in to see the sunrise from this rooftop paradise. No worries about cheesy pop remixes here; DJs spin of-the-moment music and have a strong preference for the underground. Very difficult to get in unless your name happens to be Elizabeth Hurley. Door policy is so tight that in the past the club has been known to be half-empty while scores of hopefuls wait outside. A-nal list policy aside, it's definitely worth the attempt.
