K-pop BBQ joint from Seoul star J.Y. Park. More upscale than your usual K-Town meat slinger, with elaborate venting to keep you from smelling like an apartment fire. Kristalbelli = super-heated crystal grills dropped in the belly of your table, putting just the right sear on beef, pork belly, or fresh seafood. Chef has a stacked résumé, also turns out Korean favorites, well-matched to the full line of soju shelved at the bar. Bi-level space offers small plates and cocktailing in the swank lounge downstairs.
