One of Negril beaches more authentic restaurants, Kuyaba is actually an Arawak Indian word used to describe a paradise for feasting, drinking and dancing, The surfside snackery, (though not exactly paradise), with a distinct Polynesian air, serves pretty good breakfast, lunch and dinner with live nightly entertainment. We recommed the seasonal angel hair crab pasta and the immense desert menu (popular with the kiddies!). Though the decor is not amazing--think white plastic beach chairs and hammocks, its relatively cooler than the cloned tourist traps elsewhere on the island.
