An Austin feel with the Texas limestone and cactus plants; locals lounge inside and out while sipping on peach sangria or watermelon margaritas. Chef Graham Dodds is inventive and creative; the small menu changes often. Pray you arrive when he is serving the outrageously popular bruschetta platter and be prepared to fight for the slices with Texas tomatoes, mascarpone goat cheese and basil. Bolsa has become the defacto dining headquarters for the under-40 artsy crowd. A recent show by Pleasant Grove's Marcus Striplin had the patio at capacity. Be warned on such nights: parking is a bitch.
