A welcome new addition to Ménilmontant - an area that's packed with bars and rock clubs but pretty sparse in terms of food. Interior mixes old-school lamps, formica tables, mismatched chairs and glam chandeliers. Lunchtime menu at €14 gives you three hit-or-miss courses, plus coffee. Dinner is a bit more elegant at €28. "Petites bouches" snacks are served all afternoon - grab a spot on the sunny terrace, stare out at the serene place with its towering church, and pick absent-mindedly at your slab of foie gras with fig chutney.
